It's so easy to forget you're on your period.
The high rise feels the most comfortable imo. It sits at my waist and I don't feel it AT ALL after a while. I'm not reminded of my period all the time unlike pads or tampons.

I was going to buy the bundle but the kit had more of the 3.0 which is what I wanted. It's good for everyday wear even though I'm not on my period.
