To be eligible for a return or exchange, the underwear item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. They should not show any signs of use, including stains, odors, or damage. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the underwear item is not in the required condition.

For returns, we offer a refund to the original payment method or store credit based on your preference. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will provide a refund or assist you in finding an alternative product.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear items that have been worn or have had their packaging opened.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, product defect).
Points earned through our Rewards Program will be deducted from your total if you return products for a refund.
